TERMS OF SERVICE

✧ By requesting a commission and sending payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
✧ I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason and proceed with follow up actions if I feel I'm being harassed and/or these terms are being violated.
✧ I have the right to change/edit these terms at any time without prior notice.
PAYMENT
✧ Payment is via Ko-Fi or PayPal, depending on the needs of the project.
✧ Payment is 100% upfront. Work will not begin until payment is received.
✧ No refunds unless commission has not begun or cannot be completed. Extenuating circumstances will be addressed individually.
✧ If you invoke a chargeback after work has begun/is completed, you will be blocked from commissioning again.
PROCESS
✧ Please allow up to 2 weeks for completion of your commission if it is via Ko-Fi, plus more depending on your placement in the queue.
✧ Major changes must be asked for before beginning line art; after that, your request for a change may be denied or incur an additional fee (unless I misinterpreted the reference).
✧ Minor changes can be done at any stage, but whether they are major or minor is up to my discretion.
✧ For any work negotiated outside of Ko-Fi, a unique timeline, price, and terms will be discussed and agreed upon, and a unique contract will be drawn.
USE
✧ Commissions are for use of the commissioner only, with credit to me as "skelenova".
✧ Commissions by default are not to be redistributed/resold or used commercially by default.
✧ Commission projects with the potential for commercial use/distribution/etc. will be discussed individually and have unique terms.
✧ Commissions for personal use will have my signature; do not crop it out or remove it.
✧ Commissions are always my artistic property; you may not claim them as your own.
✧ Commissions are not to be used in relation to cryptocurrency, NFTs, for AI training, etc.
✧ If I find you to have violated these terms, you will be blocked and action will be taken to remove any instances of illegal reselling, if applicable.
